Dildo Guide
How to Use a Dildo
I am sure by now you know what a dildo is and even what one looks like, but if you have never used one then you may be unaware of the mountains of pleasure they can provide. There’s an endless variety of shapes, sizes, colors, and materials to choose from.
Dildos are one of the most versatile sex toys there are. You can choose anywhere from small to huge, metal, silicone, plastic, curved, straight, molded from your favorite real cock, or even ultra-realistic with weighted swinging balls like the King Cock Plus 3d. On top of all the options available, there is an endless number of ways and situations to use them. They can be used to penetrate the vagina or anus, be used in solo masturbation, with a partner, and even strap-on sex. Not to mention they can be used by any gender and or sexual preference. Whichever you “feel” is right for you, we have put together a comprehensive guide so you can get the most out of your new friend.
Always use Lubricant
As you would imagine, dildos are most often used for penetration, but they also feel amazing when used on external pleasure zones. Whichever way you choose to use your dildo, adding lubricant makes using one much easier and much more enjoyable. Just like dildos, lubricants are available in unlimited choices. It is important to know what material your dildo is made of so you can choose a lubricant that is compatible. Dildos made of silicone, rubber, and realistic-feel materials must use a water-based lubricant, whereas dildos constructed of glass or metal can be used with any type of lubricant. Make sure to warm up first
If you are new to using dildos, it is advisable to start out small and work your way up. This usually means choosing a size that is no more than a finger or two in width. Once you feel comfortable you can gradually choose dildos with larger girths. Remember, the whole point of using a dildo is to bring pleasure, not pain. Once you are good with the size you have chosen it is important to get aroused prior to penetration as this will allow for a more relaxed vagina, greater blood flow to the area, and also the secretion of natural lubricants. It is also important to experiment with the depth of penetration to see what feels best. You may enjoy full, deep penetration or short and shallow by using just the tip. In fact, many women who are experienced users will tell you that they prefer shorter penetration rather than full penetration as most of the nerve endings are within the first 2-3 inches of the vagina.
Learn what your favorite positions are
As mentioned earlier, dildos are extremely versatile with endless options of use. If you’re wanting to have solo fun penetrating your vagina, you can choose to lay down or take advantage of models that have a suction cup base where you can ride your dildo or attach it to a shower wall and back up on it. If you choose to add a dildo to partnered sex, your partner can penetrate you with a dildo, attach it to a harness, and penetrate a vagina or anus, or you can spice up things even more and fantasize someone else has joined you and your partner in the bedroom. Lesbian couples get incredible pleasure out of using double-ended dildos where they both enjoy the ecstasy of penetration at the same time. The possibilities are literally endless!
