60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Lust Avenue, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 60 days of receiving it and we will exchange your purchase for an e-Gift Card. (Some exclusions may apply)
Note: E-Gift Cards will be issued for the purchase price at the time of purchase (before taxes). Shipping charges are excluded and Lust Avenue will not issue a return shipping label.
Products that are NOT eligible for our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Consumable items such as; lotions, creams, oils, candles, condoms, edibles, etc
- Clothing & undergarments such as; lingerie, panties, bras, men's underwear, accessories, costumes, etc
- Games, party favors, gift sets, gift cards, and DVDs
- Sexual wellness products such as; menstrual cups, tampons, etc
If you wish to take advantage of our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please use our "Contact Us" form and write in the subject line "Satisfaction Guarantee". In your message please include your order number and briefly explain why you are not satisfied which will help us to improve your experience in the future.
Defective Items
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please click here to contact us to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on getting the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When emailing about a defect, please state the following information, your order number, found in the top right-hand corner of your invoice OR your web confirmation number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
